Junelle Kunin
Our founder, Junelle Kunin is of Ngāi Te Rangi, Ngāti Pūkenga and Ngāti Tūwharetoa comes with 18 years' working in the employment sector. She is experienced in hiring across a spectrum of sectors including Legal, engineering, construction, science, health and education.
The bedrock of her practice is having genuine care for all involved, followed closely by a commitment to best practice, continuous learning and being intuition led.
Junelle is a passionate kaitiaki of kaupapa Māori spaces, ensuring a tikanga led approach and culturally safe process, coaching clients where needed on that journey as well.
Understanding the kaupapa of businesses and all individuals involved is critical to her process. She has an absolute committment to diversity and equity.
