Junelle Kunin, of Ngāi Te Rangi, Ngāti Pūkenga, and Ngāti Tūwharetoa, is the founder of Mana Mahi. Born in Rotorua and now residing in Tāmaki Makaurau, she is also a proud Māmā to her young daughter. With nearly two decades of experience, Junelle has worked across generalist HR, organisational development, and talent acquisition. She has led recruitment in sectors like legal, engineering, construction, science, health, and education, always with a foundation in manaakitanga and a commitment to culturally safe practices. Her intuition-led approach is further guided by best practice and continuous learning, ensuring that both clients and candidates are supported with the utmost respect.

Angela Reddy, of Waikato Tainui and Fijian Indian, was born and raised in West Auckland, where she lives with her two tamariki. With almost 2 decades of extensive recruitment experience, Angela brings a wealth of knowledge from both agency and internal settings. In 2024, she returned to the agency world by joining Mana Mahi, driven by her passion for supporting marginalised communities, especially Māori and Pacific people. Angela holds a high bar of excellence, ensuring every placement is meaningful, and is deeply committed to promoting diversity, inclusion, and equity in recruitment practices.
